June Favourites.

At the beginning of the month I went to Dublin (expect blog post very soon), and completely fell in love with the city. I can't stop thinking about the next trip I must take there, exploring the not so touristy places next time.

I purchased this ages go, and seem to always find myself coming back to it eventually. It's the perfect base for the sweaty summer weather, as it is light weight enough, with still some coverage, whilst doing exactly what is says on the tin. I just wish they did a wider shade range.

I'm not someone into fake tanning, simply because I'm so bad at it, and it's always more hassle than it's worth. However, this Jergens moisturiser is a game changer. It is basically a gradual tan and moisturiser in one. It quickly develops into a glowing natural tan, which also gradually washes off too. Unfortunately in the UK it's a pain to get hold off (Amazon is your best bet), however in The States it can be found in almost every drugstore or supermarket.

This is a product I only really reach for in the summer, and every time I always wonder why I'm not using it throughout the whole year. It's such an easy way of hydrating your skin, especially if like me, you're guilty of forgetting to moisturise every now and then. I like to keep it next to my bed, so it's the first thing I do in the morning, and last thing before I go to sleep.

I have been on a mission to find the perfect summer shoe for months now. I'm not really a sandal person, and my Converse just don't go with everything. I thought espadrilles would be the best solution, but could never find a pair that fit right. After deciding to give up, I came across this pair on ASOS and couldn't be happier with them. They are the comfiest shoes I have ever owned and look great with every outfit. My no.1 wardrobe staple this summer for me.

George Ezra - Don't Matter Now
George Ezra. Quite Possibly my favourite singer ever. I don't think a week has gone by in the past few years where I haven't listened to his music. It's been nearly 2 years since he last released new music, so last Friday was a big day for George Ezra fans, when he released the first single off his second album. Don't Matter Now is the perfect summer anthem which I am already completely obsessed with. He's done a few other new songs at festivals (check out his Glastonbury set if you haven't already - INCREDIBLE), which has got me incredibly excited for album no2. I just hope he doesn't make us wait too long for it.

Lindsey Buckingham & Christine McVie
I've always been a huge Fleetwood Mac fan, so when any of them release music, I get VERY excited. Lindsay Buckingham is in my opinion one of the (if not the no1.) most talented guitarist to ever live. He is so underrated and doesn't get nearly the recognition he deserves. His incredible guitar playing, with Christine McVie's stunning voice makes for my perfect album. If you're a Fleetwood Mac fan too, definitely check this album out. My fave track is the song Red Sun, which I've had on repeat for weeks now.

Love Island
Honestly, I could talk for ages about my Love Island obsession. If you're from the UK you'll know what it is. If you're not, then you won't care, and probably won't like it, so I won't bother explaining the concept. It's basically a cheesy reality TV show about finding love (sort of). I have no shame in admitting it has taken over my life, and consumes most topics of conversations. I'd really recommend following 'Love Island Bants' on Twitter for hilarious tweets about the show, that'll have you bent over laughing.
