Album Review: Catfish and the Bottlemen 'The Ride'

I am a super huge Catfish and the Bottlemen fan, and have been for a few years now. I'm really excited how big they're getting, and can only see them getting bigger and more successful.

Their first album 'The Balcony' was massive, and quite rightly so. It was amazing. I haven't loved an album that much for a long time. So, when their new album came along I was itching to get my hands on it. Needless to say I think this one is amazing too. It's much like the first album, but better!

There is just something about them which is really incredible. Their music really infatuates me - they're so unlike anyone at the moment. They're just a really effortless, cool, rock band.

I really think they are an underrated band. They are incredibly talented not just singers, but their songwriting too. I realised this even more after watching them perform at Glastonbury last weekend. I couldn't believe how amazing they were - I really think they could be a potential Glastonbury headliner in years to come!

Normally at this point in an album review, I tell you a few of my favourite songs from the album, however this time I really struggled to pick just a few, because I'm so obsessed with the whole album, which shows just how amazing it is.

Buy the album here.
