Album Review: Adele '25'

If you're reading this review, it's likely you've already read many others, so I won't go on.

I'll get straight to the point, it's an amazing album. After the success of 19 and even more so 21, the pressure was on her to produce another outstanding album.

I think she did the right thing by (more or less) going away for a few years. We were all beginning to OD a bit on Adele. However, I think it's fair to say the world was ready for her return and very excited about her new music.

The album is still very Adele, but a bit more upbeat - which I love. However, I definitely don't like the album as much as 21, where I loved every single track. With this album there a couple of songs which I don't love as much. Whatever you say though, there is no denying what an incredible song writer she is, and how beautiful her lyrics are.

I'm not going to lie, I really wasn't that excited about this album. I love Adele, but I honestly thought I was bored of her. Then I watched Adele at the BBC, and fell in love with her all over again. It really reminded me how iconic her music is, but also how funny and normal she is. I love how she does exactly what she wants and doesn't succumb to any of the pressures of the music industry.

My favourite tracks from the album:
When We Were Young
Water Under The Bridge
Send My Love (To You're New Lover)
River Lea
All I Ask
