How I Do... Everyday Makeup

I think that even one those days when you're not really going out or doing much, it is still important to put on a bit of makeup, simply because I know for me at least perks you up and makes you feel more confident than going out bare faced.

This makeup look I call my 'everyday makeup', but it's perfect for all sorts of occasions - it was my go to look for school, and now when travelling, or even on a hot summer day when the 'less is more' look always looks and feels better.

Despite there being quite a few products, it actually doesn't take long at all, because zero skill and precision is needed - another reason why it fits so perfectly under the 'everyday' category. I have very oily skin so even with powder it looks glowy, however this is a look I am beginning to love after realising I have to just embrace my oily skin type. If though, you have dry skin and still want to achieve a glowy base, then just opt for a dewier foundation, such as the 'Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation' for a drugstore option, or the 'NARS Sheer Glow foundation' as a high end option - both will achieve similar looks. Or, you could just avoid powder!

Another reason I love this makeup so much is because it is appropriate for all ages. It helps anyone to achieve that fresh faced and healthy look, perfect for the spring and summer.
